How to Enter in the Fair
- Contact the fair secretary at 705-448-2683 to receive
an exhibitor number. This number is recorded on the entry form and the
entry tags that must be attached to each item you are exhibiting
- Adult entrants
must be members of the Wilberforce Agricultural Society. Membership
fee is $5 and can be purchased any time of the year through the fair secretary
or when entering exhibits. Membership entitles you to admission on
Saturday of the Fair. Juniors under 16 years of age do not pay an entry
fee.
- Make a list of
all your exhibits on the entry form. Class and section numbers can
be found in the Classes & Prize List
- To save confusion
when arriving at the Curling Club with your articles, please have your tickets
completed and attached to your exhibits.. Entry tags can be picked
up at the Highlands East Municipal office and at Agnew's store in Wilberforce,
or by contacting the fair secretary.
- Entries are accepted
on Thursday evening from 6:30 -8:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 12 noon
at the Curling Club building. Exhibitors must leave the building
by 12 noon sharp for judging. All entries must remain on display in the
hall until 5:00 pm on Saturday.

List.
